A 60-Day Journey
Rituals is a 60-day habit building journey where yoga is just one Ritual we’ll build. Our goal is to cultivate a stronger, more flexible, more consistent YOU. There’s a lot that goes into crafting a life you feel good in, and one of those things is movement. We’ve got that covered with yoga four days a week with the option of a bonus day to make it five. The second most important thing is rhythm, and you can’t have rhythm without Rituals; we’ll have weekly challenges that build meaningful Rituals into our days. You can use the suggested ones within the program, or create your own if you have some in mind. Lastly, self-care is a huge component of this program. We take it as seriously as we do our yoga practice and we actively pursue it like any other discipline. We’re gonna turn mundane into magic, and prioritize habit over hustle. Get ready for a truly holistic transformation.
Rituals is focused on rebalancing two parts of us: Mind & Body. We do that in three ways: Yoga, Challenge Rituals, and Self-Care.

This year, we decided to bring something new and exciting to the table: One-on-one coaching with me! I’ve never done this with other programs, but I truly miss connecting with my students on a deeper level and doing the kind of in-depth work you can only get from a 1:1 interaction. Spaces are limited, and this is for you if you want:
- Specific, concrete advice about your individual yoga practice
- A personal teaching experience where I can give you feedback about poses or sequences you’re unsure about doing correctly
- Specific guidance on what to eat, detailed meal planning advice, and coaching on healthy, sustainable eating habits so you never have to “diet” again
- You want more customization to guarantee your Rituals will last beyond 60 days

I’m the co-Founder of Bad Yogi, I’ve been teaching yoga for over 17 years, and I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise. I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach and have been a devoted student of the human body for over a decade. I’m a wife, mom, and business owner, so I constantly feel like “I don’t have time,” which means I have even LESS time for feeling rudderless and out of control. I designed Rituals to be an anchor for people like me. Rituals are gifts to our brain because they stop us from having to decide what to do next. I used to constantly feel like I was being dragged by life until I established Rituals that fed me, stuck to a yoga practice that grounded me, and focused on my own growth so I felt fulfilled instead of bogged down. I’ve been in the yoga industry for almost two decades, but I’m not your average yoga teacher; you won’t hear much Sanskrit, I totally forgive you if you don’t know your asana from your elbow, and I believe that yoga is for everyone, from the kale loving vegan to the prize winning deer hunter. I may be a Bad Yogi, but if I’m being totally honest, teaching yoga has been one of my greatest joys; I practice to feed my teaching, but I teach to feed my life.

How long do I have access?
Your access never expires. Once you have it, it’s yours forever.
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap or towel, foam roller, and bolster (or a few pillows).
Why does the program open and close instead of being available anytime?
I’ll just be real with you: remember how I said I feel like I have so little time and am constantly being pulled in different directions? Yeah. I really wanted this program to feel “live,” like we’re all doing it together at about the same time. Sure, you could totally do this on repeat forever (and I do— this is literally my life schedule, lol!) but as far as how often I personally will talk about it on social and send emails about it, I didn’t want to bombard people endlessly for the foreseeable future. Either it resonates and you feel like this would add something to your life, or you don’t and it’s just not for you. I really want to reach people whose gut reaction is a HECK YEAH, not something I need to force. So, if you’re on board, welcome 🙂 If not, maybe I’ll catch you next time.
I’m a yoga newbie, will I be able to do this?
Yep! Rituals is not built to push you to your limits or stretch your capacity. It’s full of gentle to moderate flows intended make this practice a sustainable Ritual in your life.
What if my Wifi is terrible? Can I download the classes?
They’re not downloadable so we do recommend a healthy wifi connection!
I’m pregnant/just gave birth, can I still do this?
I don’t specifically accommodate for pregnancy, so if you’re comfortable with modifications, then yes. If not, I’d recommend getting it now so it’s available to you when you’re feeling good and cleared for activity postpartum.
What if I don’t like it?
If you find this is just not for you, we’ll happily refund you within 30 days. We don’t want an ugly breakup, so we keep a no hassle refund policy, because we want to ensure you have the best experience possible without sweating it if it’s not for you.
What’s the difference between a Ritual and a habit?
I know that for some of you “Rituals” might seem more like simple chores than something to savor, but trust me when I tell you we’re gonna turn mundane into magic. Habits are things you have to do; Rituals are chosen intentionally.
